Volunteer August 29, 2017 – 1:30 p.m. Tarrant Area Food Bank is actively seeking volunteers to help sort and pack food for distribution to local food pantries and shelters supporting Hurricane Harvey evacuees. Shifts are three hours long and there are three shifts per day: 9 a.m. – Noon 1 p.m. – 4 p.m 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Volunteers need to be at least 12 years of age with a parent or guardian and everyone is required to wear closed toe shoes.
