The last day to fill out an application is Monday, Feb. 8. Would-be voters can register online, by mail and in person, Monday through Friday, at the Arlington Office of Elections, 2100 Clarendon Blvd. Any eligible citizen who will be 18 on or before Nov. 8, the general Election Day, can register and vote on March 1. Voters in Virginia do not register by party and can decide whether to take part in the Democratic or Republican balloting. A photo ID is required at the polls.
