Four Mile Run Farmers & Artisans Market Announces New Winter Market Season

The Four Mile Run Farmers & Artisans Market (4MRMarket) will continue to operate through April 2016 indoors at the Four Mile Run Park Conservatory Center (the bright red building at 4109 Mt. Vernon Avenue) on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Many of the vendors will stay on all winter.

The Four Mile Run Farmers and Artisans Market celebrated its Grand Opening on Sunday, June 20, 2010. The market is located near the entrance to Four Mile Run Park, off Mt. Vernon Ave. Parking is available on the street and at the Conservatory Center, 4109 Mt. Vernon Ave., and is convenient to the City’s network of biking and walking trails. Bicyclists may visit Alexandria LocalMotion website for transportation information and to view the City’s Bike Map, which features the City’s best on-street and off-road bike ways.
