For two weeks, only Blue Line trains will operate from Reagan National Airport station
From Monday, November 26, through Sunday, December 9, Blue Line Metrorail trains will continue to serve customers to and from Reagan National Airport while Yellow Line service is suspended for a 2-week capital improvement project.

During this period, Blue Line train frequencies at the airport will be about 8 minutes on weekdays and up to 20 minutes on weekdays after 8 p.m. and on weekends. All stations will continue to be served by rail. Customers traveling between Reagan National and Washington, D.C. should note that Metro service will be available on the Blue Line only and should plan about 15 minutes of extra travel time.

Metrorail remains an excellent option for reaching the airport and avoiding traffic congestion through the holidays.
